Order Changes
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, changes cannot be made as materials and processes may already be underway.

Returns
- We do not accept returns as we do not resell items. Each order is custom-made for the customer.
- If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss a repair or replacement.

Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.
- If there is a defect with your product due to our error, we will repair or replace the item. A refund will only be provided if a replacement is not possible.
- Please note that refunds are not available for incorrect orders due to customer error, including incorrect sizes, specifications, or shipping addresses.

Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a detailed description and photos of the defect or damage.
- We will arrange for the repair or replacement of the item. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Return Authorization
- No items shall be returned without prior written permission and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- To obtain an RMA number, contact our customer service team. The RMA number must appear on the address label of the returned item.
- Items returned without an RMA number will be refused.

Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged due to our error.
- Ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT)
- International customers are responsible for all Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT) on any returned items.
- These charges are not refundable by us.

Processing Time

All fulfillment orders are processed in real-time. Most orders are completed within one business day; however, we may take up to three business days to ship an order during peak shipping times, holidays, etc. If there is any loss or delay during processing, we will be responsible. However, we will not be held responsible if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. Customers must verify addresses before submitting them to us. If an incorrect address is provided, we reserve the right to add a correction fee to redirect the shipment to the proper address. Regardless of your location, we can deliver to areas and cities within our reach.

International Shipping

To guarantee international deliveries, we have established international shipping routes to ensure shipments reach you promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss incurred during international shipping.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CDT) on any international shipment are solely the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be billed to the customer regardless of whether they were included in the initial shipping cost or whether the order was delivered.
